Welcome to PortalPi. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform. By using PortalPi, you agree to these terms.

2. Purpose of PortalPi

PortalPi is an independent developer platform designed to aggregate, showcase, and facilitate access to Pi-based utilities such as TopupPi and ServersPi.

3. Authentication & Access

All logins are handled via the Pi Network SDK. PortalPi does not require passwords and does not collect sensitive login credentials.

4. Payments

Payments (where applicable) are processed via the official Pi SDK and confirmed through Pi Network payment callbacks.

5. User Data and Privacy

We store minimal data required to operate the service and do not sell data to third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

PortalPi must not be used for malicious or illegal activity. Attempts to abuse or disrupt the platform may result in access restrictions.

7. Developer Tools and Custom App Requests

PortalPi provides optional tools for requesting custom Pi-integrated applications. Requests are evaluated case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

8. No Affiliation with Pi Core Team

PortalPi is not affiliated with the official Pi Core Team.

9. Liability Disclaimer

PortalPi is offered "as is." We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or permanent availability.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated terms.
